ExplicitHarborfield Business Consulting LLC provides customized business research, market analysis, business concept assessment, illustrative pricing scenarios, and operational documentation within its accepted service scope. These services support decisions; they do not provide a job, franchise, course, certification, customer leads, financing, or a guaranteed business system.
Current availability: Live checkout and payments remain disabled. Test/mock transactions move no money and do not create a real paid purchase. The terms below describe the approved service model and purchase lifecycle; listing a product does not mean that live purchase is currently available.
The service is for adults age 18 or older in the United States purchasing for themselves, including exploring individuals, freelancers, sole proprietors, and independent professionals. An LLC or corporation is not required.
Requests must fit one of these five permitted activities and satisfy all other scope rules:
An allowed category does not make a blocked request acceptable. Harborfield does not accept requests for regulated professional advice, prohibited services or outcomes, customer or job leads, entity formation, government filings, occupational training or certification, franchises or business opportunities, physical-product/inventory consulting, or other excluded work described on the service boundaries page.
Customers who are only exploring an idea may access only the $90 and $300 products. Every product priced $950 or more requires current independent work, previous independent work, or prior paid independent-professional experience in the same selected permitted activity. Unrelated experience does not qualify. Verification uses structured self-attestation.
Deterministic eligibility and product-access controls apply before checkout. The public assistant or a support exchange cannot grant eligibility. Payment does not authorize an ineligible or blocked service.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Each is a one-time purchase; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
| Product | One-time price | Estimated delivery | Included written correction allowance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo Idea Safety & Fit Screen | $90 USD | 2–3 business days | One written factual/clerical correction request. |
| Market Evidence Report | $300 USD | 4–6 business days | One consolidated written correction round. |
| Solo Practice Positioning & Pricing Analysis | $950 USD | 7–10 business days | One consolidated written correction round. |
| Website & Operations Documentation Pack | $1,500 USD | 8–12 business days | One consolidated written correction round. |
| Three-Market Expansion Feasibility Study | $2,000 USD | 10–15 business days | One consolidated written correction round. |
| Complete Solo Practice Research Dossier | $2,500 USD | 12–18 business days | Two written correction rounds; the second is limited to unresolved first-round issues or errors introduced while applying the first round. |
You purchase the specified product scope, deliverables, exclusions, and allowance presented for the order. Products are not automatic cumulative upgrades, and no lower-priced purchase is a prerequisite if the selected product's eligibility requirements are met.
The $90 screen is a nine-page concept-definition and bounded early-evidence brief. The $300 report is substantive multi-source market evidence, not positioning or pricing/capacity scenario work. The $950 analysis compares positioning and illustrative pricing/capacity scenarios. The $1,500 pack provides bounded website and operating documentation, not live implementation. The $2,000 study compares exactly three U.S. markets. The $2,500 dossier integrates eight modules around one primary market and does not automatically include that three-market study.
Ordering, intake, clarification, delivery, support, and corrections are electronic, written, and asynchronous. No phone or Zoom consultation, discovery or strategy call, coaching call, sales call, callback, appointment, voice-message support, or in-person service is included. Customers do not need to install ChatGPT or desktop software to receive the web-based service.
The checkout identifies the exact product, fixed USD price, one-time charge, scope, delivery estimate, correction allowance, and applicable refund limits. Before an enabled purchase, the customer must affirmatively accept the Terms and acknowledge the Refund and Cancellation Policy through an unprechecked acknowledgment. The Privacy notice is available before purchase. Harborfield retains minimal versioned acceptance evidence associated with the order/customer and product/price snapshot.
A failed, expired, or cancelled payment without authoritative success is not a completed purchase and creates no paid entitlement. An apparent browser success message does not replace authoritative payment and order records.
Provide accurate, complete, non-prohibited information and answer necessary written clarification. Material changes may require revalidation and may fall outside the purchased scope. Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's-license images, full bank statements, card numbers or CVV, bank credentials, tax returns, credit reports, medical information, immigration information or documents, passwords, API keys, or recovery codes.
If a request depends on prohibited information or a blocked service, payment does not make it permissible. Processing and the applicable refund outcome follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
A business day is Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. The window begins only when all applicable prerequisites are satisfied: authoritative successful payment; exactly one valid order; passed eligibility and product access; complete eligible intake; resolution of required written clarification; and no compliance, security, or manual-review hold preventing work.
Customer-caused time pauses the window while required intake is incomplete, clarification is unanswered, necessary permitted information is missing, or materially changed information needs revalidation. If Harborfield reasonably expects to miss the estimate, it will notify you in writing, explain the current order status, provide a revised estimate where reasonably possible, and state the applicable approved cancellation or refund option.
The estimates for all products priced $950 or more include required written human QA. Delivery remains blocked until applicable automated checks and required written human QA approval are complete. Delivery uses the protected customer-delivery mechanism; a written availability notice may accompany it. There is no delivery meeting.
Work starts after required eligibility, scope, and intake validation and applicable order prerequisites have passed, when Harborfield begins external research/provider execution, substantive source collection or validation, product-specific analysis beyond basic intake-completeness checks, or report-content generation based on validated order data.
Harborfield records the order, time, responsible actor or system source, and triggering activity. Administrative order creation, payment recording, eligibility processing, intake receipt, and basic completeness validation do not themselves constitute substantive work. The delivery-clock prerequisites and actual work-start milestone are distinct.
Use the authenticated correction workflow where available, or contact written support if access is unavailable. Consolidate issues within the allowance for your product.
Corrections do not include a replacement concept or service, new activity, new market, materially new research question, additional page/workflow/SOP/module, live implementation, regulated advice, lead generation, financial forecast, or other scope expansion. A fourth market or replacement candidate market is not an included correction to the three-market study. Correction allowances do not create unlimited revisions or ongoing consulting.
A curable material Harborfield factual or calculation error uses correction first. An uncurable material nonconformity follows the refund policy; this section does not turn an unperformed material service into a completed service merely because a correction allowance was used.
Public evidence may be incomplete, unavailable, stale, or non-comparable. Reports disclose limitations and distinguish customer information, public observations, assumptions, and interpretation. Financial scenarios are illustrative, not earnings forecasts or promises. Definition and evidence-coverage scores do not measure likely success.
For the $90 screen, unavailable Census or visible-search evidence alone does not prevent completion when the approved core can still be delivered. Other evidence limitations are handled within the purchased product contract. Harborfield will not fabricate evidence or silently substitute a materially different product.
AI may assist with organizing validated information and drafting narrative. It does not determine authoritative eligibility, scores, payment/order status, QA approval, or delivery authorization. All products priced $950 or more require written human QA approval before delivery.
Cancellation before substantive work starts receives a full refund, including after intake submission if work has not started. After work starts, there is no automatic change-of-mind or satisfaction refund. Harborfield's inability to perform the material purchased compliant scope or an uncurable material nonconformity normally results in a full refund. See the complete Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Normal authenticated report/download access is 12 months after final delivery or final approved correction, whichever is later. The underlying artifact may be retained for up to 24 months after final order closure under the Privacy notice; this does not promise continued customer access for that longer period.
Following provider confirmation of an approved full refund, future portal/download access to that report is revoked and future correction entitlement for the refunded product ends. Harborfield cannot recall or remotely delete a copy already downloaded. Minimal transaction and audit records follow the Privacy notice.
You retain your rights in information and content you provide. You give Harborfield limited permission to use that material as needed to perform, validate, quality-check, correct, support, secure, and deliver the purchased service, subject to the Privacy notice and retention rules.
Harborfield retains its pre-existing methodologies, templates, frameworks, systems, processes, and know-how. After full payment and delivery, you may use the purchased deliverable for your own business or professional decision-making.
Do not represent a deliverable as government approval, certification, regulated professional advice, a guaranteed result, or an endorsement Harborfield did not provide.
Protect magic links, sessions, and other access methods. Do not share protected report access. Processing or access may be suspended as needed to enforce existing eligibility, security, prohibited-use, payment, refund, or delivery controls. An access restriction does not independently establish that a refund has been completed.
For product questions, order or access issues, cancellation/refund requests, privacy requests, or accessibility issues, write to support@harborfield.us. Use the authenticated portal correction process when available. No response-time guarantee is stated.
