The $90 and $300 products may be available to eligible exploring individuals as well as eligible experienced professionals.
Products priced at $950 or more require additional same-activity eligibility.
The customer must self-attest to at least one of the following in the same selected permitted activity:
Experience in an unrelated activity does not satisfy the premium gate.
If a premium gate does not pass, the premium product is unavailable even if another Harborfield product may still be appropriate.
After the applicable eligibility and product-access steps, the project moves into written intake.
The intake is product-specific.

Research should not proceed as though an incomplete or contradictory intake were clear.
Harborfield checks whether the request is sufficiently complete and remains within the approved product and activity scope.

Additional structured written information may be needed.
The request may require written clarification or internal review.
A request outside the current activity scope cannot simply be converted into an eligible service for convenience.
A request involving a prohibited activity, prohibited outcome, required live-consulting format, or prohibited sensitive-data dependency cannot proceed as a Harborfield order.
The objective is to resolve the research question before the analysis accumulates around the wrong problem.
The exact method depends on the product.
Not every source type is relevant to every project.
External numeric claims are expected to preserve appropriate source metadata, including relevant information such as source identity, retrieval date, reference period, geography, and limitations.
Customer-provided numbers do not become observed market facts simply because they enter a calculation.

AI does not override the authoritative eligibility, score, calculation, QA, payment, or delivery states.
Once the validated information is available, Harborfield organizes it into the defined product deliverable.

No. Harborfield is intentionally written and asynchronous. It does not use discovery calls, strategy calls, sales calls, Zoom meetings, or phone consultations.
Harborfield may request additional structured information in writing or route an ambiguous request for written internal review.
Eligibility is governed by the approved rules. AI does not have authority to override those rules. Ambiguous matters can be reviewed only within the existing approved categories and boundaries.
Yes. Every $950+ product requires written human QA approval before the final deliverable is released.
