Two connected definitions
USD / delivery hour
The effective hourly equivalent is an assumed price for one defined service unit divided by the estimated delivery hours for that same unit.
E = P ÷ H

Theoretical service capacity is the number of complete, same-scope service units that fit within the assumed monthly delivery hours, rounded down to a whole number.
C = floor(A ÷ H)
